Clear on today.
Ready for tomorrow.
Coaching for what comes next: for executives, for teams, and for organisations and their strategy. Built on a clear structure and first-hand experience of leading through change.
Where the best light hits
In traditional Scots, a winnock is a window — a "wind-eye." The winnock-bunker was the seat by the glass where the best light fell, kept for the conversations that mattered most. That is the space we try to create.

-
Executive coaching
Executives
One-to-one coaching for senior leaders taking a step into a bigger role, facing a difficult decision, or going through a period of change. Usually five or six sessions of around 90 minutes, around goals you set.
Executive Coaching → -
Systemic team coaching
Teams
Coaching for leadership teams and functional teams as a whole: their purpose, their stakeholders and how they work together. The team finishes with a Team Charter it has written and owns.

Strategy coaching
Organisations
Coaching for the people who set the organisation's direction, on what the energy transition, AI and other drivers of change could mean for it. Using The Winnock Framework, they agree what the organisation will do and why, recorded in a Strategy Charter.
Strategy Coaching →
One Charter. Nine areas. Alignment built in.
The Winnock Framework is the method behind our strategy coaching. Nine areas, worked through with your leadership team, produce a Strategy Charter: short enough to share, specific enough to use, and debated enough to be collectively owned.
"We had so many dials on the dashboard, we couldn't see the road anymore."
Why Winnocks
Individuals, teams and strategy are three parts of the same mix that makes an organisation succeed or fail. Winnocks works on all three: helping individuals succeed in their team and organisation, helping teams create more value than the sum of their parts, and helping leadership teams and boards define the strategy for now and the future, and align the organisation around it.
How we work
Each kind of coaching follows a clear structure. It also draws on first-hand experience of leading teams, sitting on boards and managing change in large organisations. Clients spend less time explaining their situation, and more time on the questions they came to work on.
Who you'd work with
Winnocks is led by its founder, Luca Corradi, and works with a network of independent associates. Luca is trained in executive coaching and systemic team coaching, and brings thirty years of leading change in consulting and technology innovation. Each engagement brings together the people whose experience fits it best.
